Your mission

As an RPA developer, you work with businesses and Partners to help them leverage the full potential of UiPath Automation Platform. You will be involved in developing, testing and building world class robots that impact revenue growth, operational efficiencies, customer and employee satisfaction of our end customers. You will be part of a group of elite developers in UiPath Professional Services and may lead a few.

What you'll do at UiPath

• Code and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio using coding agents (Autopilot & other coding agents)
• Verify and leverage appropriate UiPath components from UiPath Product Suite
• Provide solution designs to customers throughout the deployment of new deals, during POCs (Proof of Concept) and project implementation phase
• Make changes to the robot code during implementation as needed
• Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#
• Responsible for the overall testing cycles
• Deliver technical training, demos, and blueprints and provide necessary support for new/existing clients

What you'll bring to the team

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the IT industry with code development background
• Strong technical skills on UiPath and end-to-end UiPath Product Suite
• Understanding of workflow-based logic and hands-on experience with RE-framework, Orchestration Framework and DU (Document Understanding) Framework
• Working knowledge on Document Understanding, Computer Vision, AI Center and Action Center
• Experience working with Mainframe Automation, SAP Automation or Citrix Automation is a plus
• Experience working with other RPA tools is a plus
• Good understanding and hands-on experience on LLMs & coding agents and their capabilities
• Hands-on experience in UiPath Agents, Maestro, Coded Agents, Coded Apps, Coded Action App, Coded Workflow, IXP, API Workflow
• Candidates are expected to be up to date with UiPath CLI skills used along with coding agents to accelerate development and troubleshooting
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge on VBA/VB/Java/C#/HTML/CSS/Javascript/Python script or equivalent is a must (Python is a plus). Good knowledge of using IDEs
• UiPath Certified Professionals are preferred
• Excellent communication skills are a must
• Knowledge in cognitive automation with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools, AI/ML skills is a plus
• Understanding of UiPath infrastructure requirements is a plus
• Experience working with Test Suite, Apps, Insights is a plus
• Understanding of generative AI and new releases of UiPath is a plus
• Understanding of cloud services like Azure/AWS/GCP is a plus
