We create an anonymised skills profile that showcases your professional experience and qualifications without revealing who you are.
2. Employers Must Request Permission
Interested employers cannot access your contact details directly. Instead, they must submit a formal contact request through our platform, explaining their interest in your profile. You will receive notification of each request.
3. Your Explicit Approval Is Required
Your contact details are NEVER released to any employer unless you actively click "Yes" to approve their specific request.
4. Request-by-Request, Employer-by-Employer
Each contact request is handled individually. Approving one employer's request does not grant any other employer access to your details. You review and decide on each request separately, ensuring you remain in complete control at all times.
5. You Stay In Control
You can decline any request without explanation. You can also update your profile visibility settings, pause your profile, or delete your account entirely at any time through your dashboard.
