About the Role

We are looking for a technically driven and curious Digital Transformation Developer to support automation, process digitization, and technology-led efficiency improvements within procurement and logistics operations. This role sits at the intersection of AI, workflow automation, low-code/no-code development, and procurement systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, workflow automation platforms such as Kissflow, Google AppSheet, Google Sites, and similar low-code/no-code tools. Exposure to procurement processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P), along with experience in system implementations, process improvement initiatives, and digital transformation projects, will be an added advantage.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and transformation teams to design and deploy practical solutions that improve efficiency and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows to replace manual procurement and logistics processes
• Configure and deploy automation solutions using RPA and workflow tools (Kissflow, Esker, Power Automate, etc.)
• Build apps, forms, and dashboards using low-code platforms (Power Apps, AppSheet, etc.)
• Apply AI/ML capabilities (intelligent document processing, predictive analytics) to improve efficiency and visibility
• Support procurement system implementations (Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Zycus) including requirements, configuration, UAT, and go-live
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map processes, identify automation opportunities, and design future-state workflows
• Develop scripts (Python/SQL/JavaScript) for integrations and advanced automation use cases
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
• Monitor deployed automations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Contribute to transformation initiatives with measurable impact on cycle time, accuracy, and cost efficiency

Requirements

Experience Level

• 3–5 years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or low-code development roles
• Strong problem-solving mindset with an "automation-first" approach
• Experience working in procurement, supply chain, or logistics environments (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work across business and technical teams
• Hands-on, execution-focused individual comfortable working in fast-paced transformation projects

Mandatory Technical Skills

Applied AI & Automation

• Experience with AI-led solutions such as intelligent document processing, workflow automation, or Copilot tools
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)

Low-Code / No-Code Development

• Proficiency in platforms such as Kissflow, Power Apps, AppSheet, Google AppSheet, Google Sites, or similar low-code/no-code tools
• Strong experience with Google AppSheet and Google Sites for building business applications, workflows, dashboards, and collaboration portals

Programming & Integration

• Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, or PowerShell
• Experience with APIs, data integration, and automation scripting

Enterprise Systems Exposure

• Experience or exposure to procurement/supply chain tools (Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Zycus, Esker, etc.)
• Understanding of implementation lifecycle (requirements → configuration → testing → deployment)
• Basic understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, procurement workflows, and related business systems
• Exposure to procurement transformation initiatives and process digitization projects

Process Design

• Knowledge of process mapping, SOP creation, and workflow design frameworks (BPMN/swimlanes)
• Exposure to digital transformation or automation initiatives
• Experience supporting system implementation, process improvement, and business transformation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and adoption

Procurement Automation

• Experience in automating procurement processes using workflow, RPA, AI, or procurement technology platforms, with a strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process flows

• Experience in OCR tools, document AI platforms, or invoice digitization solutions
• Certification in RPA, Power Platform, or procurement systems
• Prior experience in end-to-end digital transformation projects

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
