About the Role
We are looking for an intern for a role that differs significantly from most internships.
You will be part of building the foundation for the next generation of ProScout. We will document, standardise and further develop our processes so they form the foundation for future AI-supported workflows and an even stronger company. This will be your project – and your mark on ProScout.
Responsibilities
You will among other things:
- Map the company's processes from A to Z
- Document workflows and develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Analyse where AI can create the greatest value in the business
- Discuss with the company's Managing Partner about how we build an even stronger and more scalable business
You will gain insights into:
- Executive & Professional Search
- Employer Branding
- Business development
- How AI can support a modern, boutique recruitment firm
About You
We imagine that you are studying Digital Business, Digital Innovation & Management, Cand.it, Information Science or another relevant university degree.
However, more important than your field of study is the way you approach new challenges.
- You love understanding how companies work and quickly see opportunities to improve processes
- You are motivated by creating structure, taking responsibility and making complex workflows simpler
- You have a natural Growth Mindset and thrive learning new things, challenging existing solutions and developing both yourself and the company
- You are curious about how companies function and are motivated to improve them

Application Details
We are flexible regarding start date and will adapt the internship to the requirements of your education. We expect start either in autumn 2026 or at the beginning of 2027.
