Role Description

Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

About the Role

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The work often includes applying generative AI models and exploring various AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and efficient AI-driven solutions are delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
• Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve project outcomes

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience in developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures
• Ability to design and maintain production-quality AI pipelines ensuring scalability and reliability
• Competence in integrating AI solutions with various data sources and external systems

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs)
• 15 years full time education
