About the Role
Join our team of innovative engineers building an agentic AI toolkit for next-generation automation and analytics. As part of our core team, you'll contribute to the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge GenAI and Data Analytics tools used in real enterprise environments.
Key Focus Areas
- Design and build production AI agents from system prompt through tool integration to evaluation
- Strong Python programming and software engineering skills
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings
About You
- Curious, proactive, and self-driven
- Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional teams
- Hands-on with modern AI and cloud technologies
- Passionate about building reliable, compliant, and scalable AI systems
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Python skills
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor)
- Cloud & Data Platforms – Azure or AWS
- Working knowledge of an agent or LLM framework: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Anthropic SDK
- Git-based workflow, code review discipline, ability to write tested code
Nice to Have
- Understanding of Vector databases
- Hands-on with RAG pipelines
- SQL knowledge
- Experience building and testing data pipelines
- Azure DevOps (including ML Ops)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and enterprise compliance practices
