About the Role

Join our rapidly growing Digital Innovation - AI Center of Excellence team and participate in developing revolutionary applications based on Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Your Perspectives

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop projects based on artificial intelligence algorithms, for both internal process optimizations and client solutions integrated into innovative software applications
• Actively contribute to the growth of our Artificial Intelligence structure, particularly in Natural Language Understanding and Computer Vision
• Participate in the full lifecycle of an AI-based product, from business case analysis, to model tuning, to development of required application components, to realization of ideal User Experience
• Work in an organized context where methodological and relational aspects assume strategic relevance with international and multicultural scope
• Guarantee delivery of project deliverables agreed with the Project Manager and clients, in accordance with shared budget and quality constraints
• Provide application support for solutions based on Artificial Intelligence modules, Large Language Models and Computer Vision, both existing and newly developed

Your Unique Strengths

• You hold a degree in STEM disciplines
• You have experience in developing and training models using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision techniques, using both the most common frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spark ML, Spark GraphX) and SaaS services (Google Vertex AI, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI)
• You have experience using Python for developing AI-based solutions and are interested in working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI and Computer Vision techniques such as OCR, YoLo, etc.
• You have knowledge of Semantic Web and understand the architecture of advanced search engines (Elastic Search, Solr, Lucene)
• You have used NoSQL data structures (MongoDB or components of the Hadoop ecosystem)
• You have deep knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java/Scala, C++ or Python
• You are capable of implementing "Continuous Learning" techniques in order to seize opportunities from new technologies without abandoning yourself to research activity alone
• You possess active listening techniques, synthesis capability and problem-solving skills
• You are distinguished by initiative and curiosity, with a strong sense of professional responsibility
• You possess advanced knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

Compensation & Contract:

• Level 3 CCNL Commerce: €28,000–€30,000 (for candidates without experience or with minimal experience)
• Level 2 CCNL Commerce: €31,500–€32,500 (for candidates with proven experience in the role)

The final offer will also be defined based on evaluation of your competencies and previous experience.
