Your Perspectives

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop projects based on artificial intelligence algorithms, whether for internal process optimizations or for clients integrated into innovative software solutions
• Actively contribute to the growth of our Artificial Intelligence structure, particularly in Natural Language Understanding and Computer Vision
• Participate in the lifecycle of an AI-based product, from business case analysis, to model tuning, to development of required application components, through to achieving ideal User Experience
• Work in an organized context where methodological aspects and relationships assume strategic importance with international and multicultural scope
• Guarantee delivery of project deliverables agreed with the reference Project Manager and clients, in accordance with shared budget and quality constraints
• Provide application support to solutions based on Artificial Intelligence modules, Large Language Models and Computer Vision, both existing and newly developed

Your unique strengths

• You hold a degree in STEM disciplines
• You have experience in developing and training models using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision techniques, whether using the most common frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spark ML, Spark GraphX) or SaaS services (Google Vertex AI, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI)
• You have experience using Python for developing AI-based solutions and are interested in working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI and Computer Vision techniques such as OCR, YoLo, etc.
• You have foundations in Semantic Web and knowledge of advanced search engine architecture (Elastic Search, Solr, Lucene)
• You have used NoSQL data structures (MongoDB or Hadoop ecosystem components)
• You have in-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java/Scala, C++ or Python
• You are capable of practicing "Continuous Learning" techniques to seize opportunities from new technologies without abandoning yourself to research activity alone
• You possess active listening techniques, synthesis and problem-solving abilities
• You are characterized by initiative and curiosity, a strong sense of professional responsibility
• You possess advanced knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

Compensation and benefits

Contract Level:

• 3rd level CCNL Commercio (€28,000–€30,000) for candidates without experience or with minimal experience
• 2nd level CCNL Commercio (€31,500–€32,500) for candidates with proven experience in the role

The final offer will also be defined based on an evaluation of your skills and previous experience.
