Senior RPA Developer (UiPath) - Sector Bancario

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer (UiPath) to join our client's team, a renowned institution in the banking sector in Ecuador. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions, integrating UiPath, APIs, databases and enterprise applications to optimize critical business processes.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Develop end-to-end RPA automations for web, desktop and enterprise system applications
- Integrate automated processes with REST APIs, databases and corporate applications
- Configure, manage and monitor processes using UiPath Orchestrator
- Develop reusable components following good development practices
- Perform testing, optimize performance and ensure automation stability
- Manage exceptions, monitoring and maintenance of automated processes
- Document technical solutions and maintain documentation up to date
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience developing RPA solutions with UiPath
- Solid experience designing and implementing end-to-end automations
- Mastery of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
- Experience integrating REST APIs and web services
- Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar)
- Experience integrating enterprise applications through automation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate
- Experience working with Excel, CSV, PDF, XML and JSON files
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps
- Ability to document technical solutions and apply good development practices
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock or similar technologies
- Knowledge of Document Understanding, OCR or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
- Previous experience in the banking or financial sector
- Experience working with Cloud services (Azure or AWS)
Certifications (Highly Valued)
- UiPath Certified Professional – RPA Developer
- Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
- Certifications in Azure or AWS (desirable)
