About the Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will join the AI & Data Science Centre of Excellence and contribute to high-impact AI initiatives across the organisation. You will design, build and deploy advanced machine learning and AI solutions that support strategic business priorities and deliver tangible value. Working closely with data scientists, architects, engineers and business stakeholders, you will help transform innovative concepts into reliable production systems while supporting the growth of the broader AI community.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement machine learning and AI solutions that address complex

business challenges

• Develop and deploy Agentic AI workflows, GenAI pipelines and intelligent

automation capabilities

• Build scalable ML platforms, pipelines and deployment frameworks for

production environments

• Collaborate with data scientists and technology teams to deliver robust

end-to-end solutions

• Share technical expertise and guide engineers and analysts on best practice

approaches

• Contribute to the evolution of AI platforms, tools, standards and engineering

processes

What You'll Bring

• Experience developing and productionising machine learning solutions, AI

applications or Agentic AI workflows

• Strong programming capability and practical experience with machine learning

engineering practices

• Expertise in MLOps, CI/CD, cloud automation and deploying models in batch and

real-time environments

• Knowledge of ML pipelines, model monitoring, performance assessment and

operational support practices

• Experience with containerisation, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps and modern

engineering toolsets

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical

concepts to varied audiences
