About the Role

We are recruiting Senior Consultants in Data Science & AI to support our growth.

You will join our team of experts to develop AI and generative AI solutions and support our clients in their digital transformation enhanced by AI, particularly through the following areas:

• Data Ecosystems Management: data processing and analysis, mastery of data pipelines and associated infrastructure and tools
• Statistics and Machine Learning: development of explanatory and predictive models to support decision-making (supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, econometrics, forecasting, quantitative diagnosis, etc.)
• Deep Learning: intelligent processing of unstructured data such as text (Natural Language Processing), images (Computer Vision) and audio (Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech)
• Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs): design and deployment of solutions based on LLMs (GPT, Claude, Mistral, etc.), development of RAG chains (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), creation of business conversational assistants and autonomous agents
• Operational Research: assistance in designing and implementing constraint-based optimization solutions and simulation models
• Synthetic and insightful restitution: production of summary notes with strong mastery of business issues and good capacity for graphical illustration of results

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end with strong autonomy to ensure mission success and fulfil our commitments to clients
• Supervise consultants at all levels and act as referent and manager relay for project monitoring, deliverable validation, evaluation of achievements, and ensuring proper development of their skills
• Manage client relationships and build solid relationships with client contacts at middle management level, establishing yourself as an expert on the subjects being addressed
• Participate in business development through the design and preparation of commercial proposals and by identifying new collaboration opportunities with our clients
• Participate in technological watch and R&D activity within our specialized research laboratories: NLP/GenAI, Computer Vision, Times Series, Operational Research, etc.
• Contribute to the firm's visibility by actively contributing to publishing plans (articles, studies and white papers, press releases, etc.) and representing the firm at various professional clubs, trade shows and events
• Develop and strengthen our offerings through training, collaborative work and dissemination of internal and external media

Requirements

• Degree from an Engineering School or advanced training in applied mathematics, statistics, econometrics or Artificial Intelligence, with demonstrable first experience in Data Science or AI
• Excellent level in statistics and quantitative analysis (theoretical and practical knowledge, intuition, ease in understanding models and applying them)
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, particularly Python and code versioning, and ideally knowledge of API development (Flask, FastAPI), cloud usage (Azure, AWS or GCP) and Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) or Generative AI (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Knowledge of cloud provider environments (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure), including certifications, and industrialisation techniques (CI/CD) are a plus
• Track record of conducting end-to-end projects with a desire to take on responsibility quickly on high-value-added missions within a dynamic structure
• Strong appetite for data and AI challenges, ability to quickly develop skills on these topics, and enthusiasm for supporting our clients in seizing opportunities
