Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Engineer to build scalable data platforms and AI solutions that support Logistics and Supply Chain digital transformation initiatives.
This role will be responsible for data engineering, analytics, machine learning, and Generative AI development, working closely with business and IT teams to deliver data-driven solutions and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
Data Engineering
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines using Databricks, Spark, Python, and SQL.
- Integrate data from enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and other business applications.
- Build and maintain data models, data platforms, and analytics datasets.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data solutions to improve business visibility and decision-making.
- Support operational monitoring, KPI tracking, and business analytics.
AI & GenAI Solutions
- Develop and deploy Machine Learning models for prediction, optimization, and process improvement.
- Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and Copilot technologies.
- Drive workflow automation and intelligent decision support solutions.
Business Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Translate business problems into scalable data and AI products.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI/ML development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Databricks
- Apache Spark
- Python
- SQL
- Data Modeling
- Experience building enterprise data pipelines and data platforms.
- Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or Copilot technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Supply Chain/Logistics systems.
- Experience with Azure cloud technologies.
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing domains.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning operations and AI solution deployment.
