About the Role

Join PwC's Advanced Technology Solutions team as a Senior AI Engineer, where you will lead and contribute to AI and data science solutions for leading global clients. This role is suitable for experienced developers and engineers who want to architect, build, and deploy machine learning systems and AI-powered applications at scale.

We are looking for candidates who are strong in Python, confident working with data, and capable of turning complex business challenges into reliable, production-ready AI solutions while engaging directly with clients across Western Europe and the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and Machine Learning solutions
• Architect scalable applications leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Computer Vision, and Data Science techniques
• Own technical solution design and guide implementation decisions across projects
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and shape AI solution roadmaps
• Drive delivery of production-ready AI systems while ensuring high engineering and quality standards
• Mentor and support team members through technical leadership, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
• Actively leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and ChatPwC to enhance productivity, improve code quality, accelerate delivery, and solve complex business challenges responsibly

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in AI, Machine Learning or Software Engineering
• Programming: Strong Python programming skills (e.g. pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)
• AI/ML expertise: Proven experience delivering solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision
• Databases: Experience working with SQL databases
• Production systems: Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI systems
• ML lifecycle: Understanding of the ML lifecycle, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Client engagement: Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, and business users
• Mentoring: Ability to mentor and support less experienced engineers
• Language: English B2+

Compensation and Start Date

• Salary: Starting from 2500 EUR/month (The stated salary represents the minimum for this position. Final compensation is determined individually based on your experience, expertise, seniority, and overall profile.)
• Employing organization: PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, s.r.o.
• Start date: By agreement
