About the Role
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities within software under production and in existing software. Work M-F 8am-5pm on site in the Greensboro, NC office (REQUIRED).
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities within software under production and in existing software
- Design detailed RPA workflows and automation process logic
- Develop and configure RPA bots using UiPath to automate business tasks
- Integrate automation workflows with enterprise and legacy applications
- Configure rule-based processing and data validation within automation workflows
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and validation of automation solutions
- Deploy automation solutions to production environments
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot system issues
- Document workflow logic, technical specifications, and system configurations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine automation requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or foreign equivalent
- Two (2) years of software engineering, automation development, or robotics process automation development experience
- Two (2) years of experience with each of the following:
- UiPath or similar RPA tool
- Application design or development
- SQL and related database concepts
- API and related app development concepts
- Providing live support on applications in production
- Testing and debugging of solutions
