We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready machine learning solutions that address real business needs. You will take models from concept to scalable implementation, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and measurable impact in production.
Job Purpose
Deliver end-to-end AI/ML systems by engineering high-accuracy models, building scalable data/ML pipelines, and deploying them with robust monitoring and MLOps practices to improve performance over time.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML models for business use cases
- Implement scalable ML pipelines
- Deploy and monitor model performance in production
- Iteratively improve models for higher accuracy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clear communication
Required Qualifications
- Python
- Machine Learning
- Deep Learning
- TensorFlow or PyTorch
- SQL and data pipelines
- Model deployment (Docker, APIs)
- MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring)
- Experience delivering production-ready AI models
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly
