About the role
Objective: Deploy Generative AI and classical Machine Learning solutions from the development phase to scalable, high-performance production environments in the cloud (GCP) for our client (CMPC), surpassing the PoC level and guaranteeing real business impact.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and productionize classical Machine Learning solutions and Generative AI models at enterprise scale
- Develop and implement intelligent agents based on code using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and ADK
- Build and deploy serverless cloud architectures and infrastructure, mainly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Manage, process and perform advanced data analysis using Python and SQL
- Ensure good practices in scalability, performance, MLOps and maintainability of models in production
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into the client's products and processes
Requirements
- Senior profile with proven experience in the last 2 years working on productionizing ML and AI models (real production deployment, not just proof of concept or PoCs)
- Advanced command of Python and SQL for analysis, data processing and development
- Solid experience in cloud development with serverless services and architecture, especially in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Practical experience developing code-based agents (LangChain, LangGraph, ADK)
- Comprehensive experience in data management, modeling and analysis
- Intermediate English level
Nice to have
- Knowledge or experience applying MLOps practices (Vertex AI, CI/CD for models, drift monitoring, etc.)
- Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (e.g. GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer or GCP Cloud Architect)
- Previous experience in AI/ML projects for industries such as manufacturing, forestry, pulp and paper or mass consumption
