Responsibilities

• Develop transformative AI/ML solutions to address clients' business requirements and challenges
• Close the gap between AI research and production to create ground-breaking new products, features and solve problems for customers with GenAI
• Build and implement machine learning models and prototype solutions for proof-of-concept
• Scale existing AI models into production on a variety of cloud platforms with GenAI
• Analyze and resolve architectural problems, working closely with engineering, data science and operations teams
• Analyze the use cases of ML algorithms and ranking them by their success probability
• Perform statistical analysis and use results to improve models
• Train and retrain ML systems and models in real-world situations
• Ensure GenAI outputs are contextually relevant
• Collaborate with service line teams to design, implement and manage Gen-AI solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics or similar field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Programming: Excellent knowledge of Python and SQL
• Cloud Services: AWS, GCP, Azure and Cloud Native (at least one is mandatory)
• AI/ML Architecture: Experience in AI/ML Architecture
• Generative AI: Good understanding of LLMs and Gen AI technologies (Azure Open AI, LangChain, etc.)
• Agentic AI: Experience in Agentic AI and RAG
• Deep Learning: Good working knowledge of deep learning and advanced NLP techniques
• Chatbot Framework: Excellent with Rasa Framework or any other chatbot interface
• Language: English (Upper Intermediate - B2 or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• AI/ML or GenAI certifications (optional)
• Familiarity with generative models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques to develop innovative AI solutions
• Understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions using GenAI
• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions tailored to meet client needs
