AI / ML Engineer

About the Role

Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-premises application pipeline with production-ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project requirements and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Experience with designing and implementing AI pipelines in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural network frameworks.
• Ability to develop and optimize conversational AI systems such as chatbots.
• Familiarity with image processing techniques and their application in AI solutions.
• Skilled in deploying production-ready AI applications with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• 15 years full-time education.
