About the role
We're looking for a Microsoft Power Platform / AI Engineer to join a large-scale AI transformation program for a global project.
You'll become part of a newly established AI Factory responsible for delivering enterprise AI and automation solutions that transform business processes across the organization. Using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and Copilot Studio, you'll build AI agents and low-code solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, applying prompt engineering to deliver production-ready AI use cases.
This is a 5-month engagement with a strong possibility of extension, supporting a long-term enterprise transformation program.
Your team
You'll join a cross-functional Delivery Pod working alongside Solution Architects, Data Engineers, QA Engineers and fellow AI Engineers.
The team is responsible for building, testing and deploying production-ready AI agents and automation solutions. You'll collaborate closely with technical experts across the AI Factory while contributing to multiple enterprise AI initiatives.
Requirements
Essential skills:
- Commercial experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Copilot Studio or another enterprise low-code / AI platform
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows and AI-powered solutions
- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI agent configuration
- Strong debugging and testing skills
- Experience working in Agile, pod-based or squad-based delivery teams
- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and handover material
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience with AI governance or responsible AI practices
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and data sources
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Experience working on enterprise AI or digital transformation programs
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents and automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio
- Develop production-ready low-code solutions based on business requirements
- Configure prompts, agent behavior and orchestration logic
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Engineers and QA Engineers throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Support unit and integration testing before production release
- Prepare technical documentation and hand over solutions to support teams
- Continuously improve reusable components for future AI use cases
