The Role

You will design and industrialise Artificial Intelligence solutions that activate high-impact business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact AI solutions: Participate in designing AI and machine learning solutions addressing concrete business challenges: process optimisation, customer experience improvement, or automation of complex tasks.

• Develop Machine Learning and Generative AI models: Develop and train ML models and generative AI applications capable of processing large data volumes and extracting value from them.

• Design RAG systems and GenAI solutions: Design architectures based on language models and information retrieval systems (RAG) to efficiently exploit organisations' internal data.

• Industrialise AI models: Contribute to model industrialisation through MLOps or LLMOps practices: deployment, monitoring, automation, and model lifecycle management.

• Collaborate with business and data teams: Work closely with business teams, data engineers, and data scientists to transform prototypes into robust, exploitable solutions.

• Contribute to AI innovation: Actively participate in technology monitoring and experimentation with new AI approaches to enrich the firm's offerings and expertise.

What You'll Develop at Saegus

You will work on Data & AI transformation programmes for major players across diverse sectors.

Your Profile

• Education: Graduate of a major engineering school or equivalent
• Experience: 2+ years on Data, AI issues (consulting firm or large data environments)
• Foundation Models: Experience with Foundation Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.) and GenAI orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent)
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Mastery of a cloud provider (ideally Azure or GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (ideally Terraform)
• Programming: Proficiency in a programming and scripting language oriented to Data Science and MLE (Python and Bash)
• ML Expertise: Deep understanding of ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and MLOps workflows
• Languages: Fluent French and English, spoken and written

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process takes place in a maximum of 3 phases:

• Screening interview with the Talent team.
• Interview with a Smart Data team manager and a consultant to project you onto the missions carried out.
• Presentation of a practical case with the Smart Data director followed by a discussion over coffee with the team.
