- Design, build, and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions, including requirement analysis, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models aligned with business goals, ensuring performance, scalability, and robustness in production environments.
- Lead the engineering and implementation of AI technologies such as computer vision, natural language processing, and large language models within the tire industry.
- Develop AI agents and automation frameworks, integrating LLMs with enterprise systems to enhance decision-making, efficiency, and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to convert business needs into technical AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise platforms.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and technologies to drive innovation and improve model lifecycle management.
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
- Expertise in at least one of the following: machine learning systems, computer vision engineering, natural language processing, or large language model engineering.
- Demonstrated experience delivering at least one full-cycle AI project—from problem definition to production deployment and post‑launch optimization.
- Ability to translate technical findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and aligned decision-making.
