Enter to be part of our rapidly growing Digital Innovation - AI Center of Excellence team and participate in the development of revolutionary applications based on Artificial Intelligence technologies.

You will have the opportunity to:

• Develop projects based on artificial intelligence algorithms, both for internal process optimizations or for clients integrated into innovative software solutions
• Actively contribute to the growth of our structure dedicated to Artificial Intelligence, particularly in Natural Language Understanding and Computer Vision
• Participate in the lifecycle of an AI-based product, from business case analysis, to model tuning, to development of application components required by the application, to the realization of the ideal User Experience
• Move in an organized context where methodological and relational aspects take on strategic relevance with international and multicultural scope
• Guarantee the delivery of project deliverables agreed with the Project Manager of reference and with clients, in accordance with shared budget and quality constraints
• Provide application support to solutions based on Artificial Intelligence modules, Large Language Models and Computer Vision, both existing and newly realized

Your unique strengths

• You possess a degree in STEM disciplines and at least a couple of years of experience in the sector
• You have experience in developing and training models using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision techniques, both from the most widely used frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spark ML, Spark GraphX) and from SaaS services (Google Vertex AI, Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI)
• You have at least two years of experience using Python for developing AI-based solutions and are interested in working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI and in the field of Computer Vision (using OCR tools and neural networks such as YoLo)
• You have Semantic Web basics and know the architecture of advanced search engines (Elastic Search, Solr, Lucene)
• You have used NoSQL data structures (MongoDB or components of the Hadoop ecosystem)
• You have proven experience using object-oriented programming languages such as Java/Scala, C++ or Python
• You are capable of implementing "Continuous Learning" techniques in order to seize opportunities from new technologies without abandoning yourself to research activity alone
• You possess active listening techniques, synthesis and problem-solving skills
• You have a developed ability to manage projects autonomously, coordinating junior resources where necessary
• You distinguish yourself by initiative and curiosity, marked sense of professional responsibility
• You possess advanced knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)

Compensation & Benefits

For this opportunity, placement is envisaged with a contract at the 1st level CCNL Commercio with an indicative remuneration between €36,000–€46,000, the final determination of which will also be defined based on the evaluation of your previous competencies and experiences. In addition, a variable component linked to performance of up to a maximum of 10% of the remuneration is envisaged.
