We're looking for a technical professional, AI Developer with proven experience to join our Bright Insights Business Unit for building secure, scalable artificial intelligence systems as well as data-for-AI solutions. In this role you will develop our cutting-edge AI Data platforms used by world-leading brands.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, using and sometimes creating machine learning algorithms
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs and results for model training
- Help deploy AI models into production environments and integrate them into existing workflows
- Evaluate model performance, test for accuracy, and tweak algorithms for continuous improvement
- Maintain clear documentation for AI model architectures, data pipelines, and deployment processes
- Build highly scalable solutions that can leverage large data sets effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development, AI, or machine learning
- Proficiency in Python, Java (C++ is a plus)
- Familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn
- Working knowledge of SQL, pandas, NumPy, and data preprocessing techniques
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control (Git)
- Independent, self-managing contributor
