The Role

Software Architect & AI

We are expanding our Generative Artificial Intelligence team with a person who has extensive experience in software architecture and development as well as experience in Generative AI applied to software development.

Services We Provide

• Modernization of applications co-piloted with Generative AI. A personalized diagnosis and plan for application modernization within a functional and technological ecosystem, assisted by AI, which allows us to accelerate the process and diagnose from the source: the code that needs to be modernized.
• Generative AI training for both internal and client development teams.
• Assessment for clients where we analyze real code to generate realistic migration plans with less risk.

Your Mission

• Participation as technical lead in high-value services, accompanied by multidisciplinary profiles, with direct contact with the client (definition of strategic plans, architecture implementation, AS-IS TO-BE, digital transformations, etc).
• Advising and supporting clients in Generative AI areas (definition of implementation processes, alignment with regulatory and legal frameworks, POCs, AI powered, MLOps, LLMs, training, etc). Often clients don't know how to maximize AI tools in their day-to-day work, so our mission is to accompany them on this journey and teach and support them.
• Business support: project and service definition, design and implementation of End2End solutions, development of approaches / solutions and evaluation of: Partnerships, Events, Opportunities and Approaches / Solutions.
• Training for both internal and external clients on Generative AI.

Requirements

• Experience as a software architect/solutions architect with experience in estimations, risk management and implementation of enterprise solutions with different technologies.
• Experience working with Generative AI in software development.
• Experience and ability to support commercial actions, make presentations, defend solutions.
• Experience delivering training (highly valued).
• English B2 level (highly valued).
