AI Agent Developer

We are currently seeking an AI Agent Developer to join our Information Technology team.

Key Responsibilities

The AI Agent Developer will design, build, and maintain AI-powered automation agents and workflow tools using platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging AI technologies. This individual will play a key role in translating business needs into practical, scalable AI solutions that enhance efficiency and innovation across the firm.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Translate approved employee and leadership ideas into functional AI agent prototypes
  • Develop both internal-use agents (workflow automation, document drafting, Q&A bots) and client-facing solutions
  • Build, test, and refine AI-driven workflows to improve accuracy, usability, and performance
  • Maintain a library of reusable agent components, prompt templates, and best practices
  • Create user guides and short demonstration videos to support adoption and usability
  • Lead small-group walkthroughs and training sessions when new tools are introduced
  • Serve as the firm's internal resource for AI tools, answering questions and sharing updates on emerging capabilities and trends

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience working with at least one AI platform (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Copilot, LangChain, AutoGen), gained through coursework, internships, or personal projects
  • Basic programming proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset, with comfort navigating ambiguity and solving problems iteratively
