About Referrals Only
Referrals Only CT, LLC is a Connecticut real estate license-holding firm for licensed agents who do not want to actively conduct real estate business but still want to earn money from their professional and personal contacts. Agents refer clients through the firm to any REALTOR® at any real estate company in the United States; when a transaction closes, the firm collects a 25% referral fee and the referring agent receives 75% of the total referral fee collected. Agents affiliated with the firm may only make referrals and cannot perform traditional real estate activities such as showing property, writing offers, or advising buyers or sellers.
