Gotion, Inc. is the U.S. arm of Chinese lithium-ion battery maker Gotion High-tech, developing and manufacturing lithium batteries and energy storage systems for electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage system (ESS) applications. Its Fremont, California factory produces battery packs for the Americas energy storage market, and the company is building a manufacturing facility in Manteno, Illinois, with R&D centers in Ohio, China, Japan and Europe.
