The DeepSeas brand was launched in December 2022 when Security On-Demand acquired Booz Allen Hamilton's commercial Managed Threat Services business and combined the two organizations under one brand, backed by Nautic Partners. Its services include strategic security advisory, offensive security, threat intelligence, managed detection and response, a CyberFusion SOC, and governance, risk and compliance.
